Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 23, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Solana Tracker ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our website, trading terminal, APIs, RPC endpoints, and related services (collectively, "the Service"). By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Wallet addresses used for authentication and account identification;
- Email addresses provided for billing and account communications;
- Payment information processed through Stripe (fiat) or Helio (cryptocurrency) — we do not store full credit card numbers;
- API keys generated for developer access;
- Support communications submitted through Discord or email.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- API usage data including request counts, endpoints accessed, response times, and error rates;
- IP addresses for rate limiting, abuse detection, and security;
- Device and browser information (user agent, screen resolution) for service optimization;
- Session data including authentication tokens and session identifiers.
2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect or store wallet private keys or seed phrases (except for keys managed by our optional custodial wallet service, which are encrypted at rest using KMS);
- We do not collect personal identification documents unless required by applicable law;
- We do not track your browsing activity on other websites.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information for the following purposes:
- Providing, maintaining, and improving the Service;
- Processing payments and managing subscriptions;
- Enforcing rate limits and usage quotas;
- Detecting and preventing abuse, fraud, and security threats;
- Communicating service updates, billing notices, and security alerts;
- Generating aggregated, anonymized analytics to improve infrastructure performance;
- Complying with legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Blockchain Data and Third-Party Content
The Service aggregates and displays publicly available data from the Solana blockchain, including token information, transaction histories, wallet balances, and liquidity pool data. This data is inherently public and is not "collected" from you — it is sourced from the public blockchain.
4.1 Token and Meme Coin Data
Token metadata — including names, symbols, logos, descriptions, and associated links — is set by token creators, not by Solana Tracker. We do not author, vet, or endorse any token metadata. This content may be inaccurate, misleading, offensive, or infringing. We are not responsible for any user-generated or third-party content associated with tokens displayed on the Service.
4.2 Public Nature of Blockchain Transactions
Wallet addresses and on-chain transactions are permanently and publicly recorded on the Solana blockchain. Any transaction you execute (including swaps facilitated through the Service) is visible to anyone. Solana Tracker cannot delete, modify, or make private any on-chain data. Deleting your Solana Tracker account does not affect on-chain records.
4.3 Data Displayed via API
Data provided through our APIs is sourced from public blockchain data and third-party sources. We make no guarantees regarding its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Users of our API are solely responsible for how they use, display, store, and process data obtained from the Service, including compliance with privacy laws in their jurisdiction.
5. Data Storage and Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:
- Encryption in transit via TLS for all connections;
- Encryption at rest for sensitive data, including custodial wallet keys secured with KMS;
- Access controls limiting internal access to authorized personnel;
- API key hashing — full API keys are not stored in plaintext after generation.
No system is completely secure. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, private keys, and API credentials.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following categories of third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
- Payment processors: Stripe (fiat payments), Helio (cryptocurrency payments);
- Infrastructure providers: cloud hosting, CDN, and DNS services;
- Analytics: anonymized usage analytics for service improvement.
We do not control the data practices of third-party services. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
7. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies and local storage for:
- Authentication and session management;
- Remembering user preferences and settings;
- Security (CSRF protection).
We do not use third-party advertising trackers. We may use anonymized analytics to understand usage patterns and improve the Service. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may impair Service functionality.
8. API User Data Responsibilities
If you use our API to build applications that serve end users, you are the data controller for any personal data you collect from your users. Solana Tracker is a data processor only with respect to API request metadata (IP addresses, request logs) associated with your API key.
You are solely responsible for:
- Providing your own privacy policy to your end users;
- Obtaining any necessary consents for data collection and processing;
- Complying with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) in your jurisdiction;
- Handling data subject requests (access, deletion, portability) from your users;
- Ensuring the security of data obtained through our API.
Solana Tracker shall not be liable for any privacy violations, data breaches, or regulatory penalties arising from your use of API data in your applications.
9. Data Retention
- Account data is retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and operational purposes;
- API usage logs are retained for up to 90 days for abuse detection, debugging, and billing verification;
- Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations;
- Security logs (IP addresses, failed authentication attempts) are retained for up to 180 days.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data;
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated personal data;
- Portability: Request your data in a portable format;
- Objection: Object to certain processing of your personal data.
To exercise these rights, contact us via Discord or email at [email protected]. We will respond to valid requests within 30 days.
Note: We cannot delete on-chain blockchain data (wallet addresses, transactions) as this data is not within our control. Deletion requests apply only to off-chain data stored by Solana Tracker.
11. International Data
The Service is operated globally. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your own. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this policy.
12. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
