1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Solana Tracker, its website, APIs, trading terminal, RPC endpoints, data feeds, or any related services (collectively, "the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Solana Tracker provides tools and infrastructure for interacting with the Solana blockchain, including but not limited to: real-time token analytics, a trading terminal, swap execution, Data API access, RPC node access, Yellowstone gRPC streaming, WebSocket feeds, and related developer infrastructure.

The Service aggregates, indexes, and displays publicly available blockchain data. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

3. Third-Party and User-Generated Content

The Service displays data sourced from the Solana blockchain and third-party sources. This includes, without limitation, token names, symbols, images, descriptions, metadata, social media links, websites, market data, liquidity pool information, and any other content associated with tokens, meme coins, NFTs, or other digital assets (collectively, "Third-Party Content").

Solana Tracker does not create, endorse, verify, guarantee, or assume any responsibility for Third-Party Content. Tokens — including meme coins — are created by independent third parties. Token metadata (names, logos, descriptions, associated links) is set by token creators and is not authored, curated, reviewed, or validated by Solana Tracker. The appearance of any token on the Service does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or verification of that token's legitimacy, safety, or value.

You acknowledge that:

  • Meme coins and other tokens may be fraudulent, have no intrinsic value, or be part of scam or rug-pull schemes;
  • Token metadata may be misleading, inaccurate, offensive, or infringing on third-party intellectual property rights;
  • Risk scores, safety indicators, and analytics provided by the Service are algorithmic assessments only and are not guarantees of safety or legitimacy;
  • Solana Tracker has no control over the creation, supply, distribution, or behavior of any token or smart contract on the Solana blockchain;
  • Any interaction with tokens (buying, selling, holding) is done entirely at your own risk.

4. No Ownership of Blockchain Data

All blockchain data displayed on the Service — including transaction histories, token prices, liquidity data, wallet balances, and on-chain activity — originates from the public Solana blockchain and decentralized protocols. Solana Tracker does not own, control, or assume liability for this data.

Data accuracy depends on third-party infrastructure (validators, RPC providers, indexers, oracles, DEX protocols). Solana Tracker makes no representation or warranty that any data displayed is complete, accurate, timely, or error-free. Price data, volume figures, market cap calculations, and other derived metrics are estimates and may differ from other sources.

5. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to securities laws, anti-money laundering (AML) laws, and sanctions regulations in your jurisdiction.

You must not:

  • Use the Service to facilitate fraud, market manipulation, wash trading, or any illegal activity;
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or compromise the integrity or security of the Service;
  • Circumvent rate limits, authentication mechanisms, or access controls;
  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable export control or sanctions laws;
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service except through authorized API access;
  • Use the Service to build products that compete directly with Solana Tracker without written authorization.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account. You must maintain the security of your API keys, wallet connections, and authentication credentials.

6. API and Developer Terms

Access to the Solana Tracker API ("Data API"), RPC endpoints, Yellowstone gRPC, WebSocket feeds, and other developer services is subject to the following additional terms:

6.1 Rate Limits and Quotas

API usage is subject to rate limits and request quotas as defined by your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in throttling, temporary suspension, or termination of access.

6.2 Permitted Use

You may use the API to build applications, bots, dashboards, analytics tools, and other software products ("Developer Applications"). You are solely and exclusively responsible for your Developer Applications, including their legality, content, data handling practices, and compliance with all applicable laws.

6.3 No Liability for Developer Applications

Solana Tracker bears no responsibility or liability for any application, website, bot, service, or product built using our APIs. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Trading bots or automated trading systems and any financial losses they cause;
  • Websites or applications that display token data obtained from our API;
  • Sniper bots, MEV tools, copy-trading services, or arbitrage systems;
  • Any product that facilitates gambling, unregistered securities offerings, or other regulated activities;
  • Data aggregation services, analytics platforms, or research tools;
  • Any application that results in harm, loss, or liability to third parties.

You agree to indemnify and hold Solana Tracker harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your Developer Applications.

6.4 Data Redistribution

Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of raw API data is prohibited without prior written authorization. You may display derived data (charts, analytics, aggregations) in your applications, provided that Solana Tracker is not represented as the source in a way that implies endorsement or official partnership.

6.5 API Availability

We do not guarantee uptime, latency, or continuous availability of any API endpoint. API schemas, response formats, and endpoints may change with or without notice. It is your responsibility to handle API errors, downtime, and schema changes gracefully in your applications.

6.6 Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate API access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to abuse, excessive usage, Terms violations, or security concerns.

7. Swap and Trading Services

The Service may facilitate token swaps and trades on the Solana blockchain. By using swap or trading functionality, you acknowledge that:

  • Solana Tracker is not a broker, exchange, custodian, or financial institution;
  • Swaps are executed on-chain through decentralized protocols — Solana Tracker acts only as an interface;
  • Transactions on the Solana blockchain are irreversible once confirmed;
  • Slippage, failed transactions, front-running, and MEV extraction are inherent risks of on-chain trading;
  • You are solely responsible for verifying the token contract address, liquidity, and legitimacy before executing any trade;
  • Solana Tracker does not guarantee execution price, fill rate, or transaction success;
  • Trading digital assets carries substantial risk of loss, including total loss of your investment.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed according to the selected billing cycle (monthly or yearly). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Payments may be processed through Stripe (fiat) or Helio (cryptocurrency).

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis;
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers;
  • Accounts with failed payments may have API access suspended until payment is resolved;
  • Cryptocurrency payments are final and non-reversible by nature;
  • You are responsible for any taxes or fees imposed by your jurisdiction on your purchases.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, code, brand assets, documentation, and proprietary technology are owned by Solana Tracker. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited license to use the Service.

Token names, logos, and associated metadata displayed on the Service belong to their respective creators or owners. Solana Tracker makes no claim of ownership over third-party intellectual property and does not warrant that token creators have rights to the names, logos, or content they associate with their tokens.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Solana Tracker does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Token data, analytics, risk scores, trending lists, and all other information provided through the Service are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the basis for any financial decision.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND AVAILABILITY.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; (b) data will be accurate, complete, or current; (c) any defects will be corrected; or (d) the Service will meet your requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOLANA TRACKER, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
  • Financial losses from trading, swaps, or reliance on Service data;
  • Losses caused by bugs, errors, downtime, or data inaccuracies;
  • Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account or API keys;
  • Losses from third-party token scams, rug pulls, or fraudulent activity;
  • Damages arising from Developer Applications built using our APIs;
  • Any other damages, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SOLANA TRACKER IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Solana Tracker and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of or access to the Service;
  • Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law;
  • Your Developer Applications and any third-party claims related thereto;
  • Any content, data, or material you transmit through the Service;
  • Your trading activity or financial decisions;
  • Any claim that your use of the API infringes or violates the rights of any third party.

13. DMCA and Content Takedown

If you believe that any content displayed on the Service infringes your intellectual property rights, you may submit a takedown notice to our support channels. We will investigate in good faith and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. Solana Tracker acts as a neutral platform that indexes publicly available blockchain data and does not pre-screen token content.

14. Compliance and Restricted Jurisdictions

You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Service complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Solana Tracker makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.

You may not use the Service if you are located in, or a citizen or resident of, any jurisdiction where such use would be prohibited by law, or if you are subject to economic sanctions administered by any government authority.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) shall survive.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Class action lawsuits, class-wide arbitrations, and representative actions are waived to the maximum extent permitted by law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable venue for any disputes not subject to arbitration.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

19. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service.
