If you can no longer trade through a BullX interface, first identify the public wallet address and verify what it holds on-chain. A change to an application's trading access does not by itself tell you whether assets moved or whether a withdrawal path is available.
Earlier versions of this article stated a June 1, 2026 trading cutoff and ongoing withdrawal access as settled facts. We could not independently reverify that full notice or current withdrawal availability from a readable official source during this update. Confirm the options shown in the official BullX application before acting; this guide does not promise that a particular export or withdrawal menu is currently available.
Record addresses and positions first
Make an inventory of each public wallet address, native SOL balance, token mint, and token amount. Record pending transaction signatures separately from unsent order instructions. A ticker alone is not enough to identify an asset.
Check the address using an independent explorer or wallet view. Missing token imagery or a missing USD estimate is not proof that the token balance is gone. Inspect the mint and token amount.
Key import and transfer are different operations
Importing a private key into a compatible wallet gives that wallet access to the same on-chain address. It does not transfer funds. If you then send assets to that same address, you have not migrated to a new wallet.
A transfer moves assets to a different destination address. If your goal is to separate assets from a key previously used by a trading service, create a new wallet through your chosen wallet's official setup and verify its destination address.
Do not type recovery material into a trading website, support form, chat, or this guide. Hardware wallets are strongest when their keys originate on the device; importing a previously exposed software key does not make its earlier copies disappear.
Use only the access path you can verify
If the official application offers withdrawal, inspect the source asset, destination, network, fees, and resulting signature. If it offers export, follow its current official instructions and understand whether it exports a single private key or a recovery phrase. Those formats are not interchangeable in every wallet.
If neither path is accessible, use support reached through the official product. Do not assume a search advertisement or unsolicited direct message is an authentic recovery service.
Verify transfers from chain evidence
For a new destination, consider a small test before a larger transfer. Confirm the exact destination address and transaction status. Keep enough native SOL in the source for any remaining operations that require it.
When the interface reports pending, inspect the signature and on-chain result before retrying. An unknown status, a failed transaction, and a confirmed transfer are different states. Repeatedly clicking withdraw can make an ambiguous situation harder to reconcile.
Verify each meaningful token position against the inventory. A token transfer does not guarantee a later swap route, and an illiquid holding may still be difficult to sell from another interface.
Review pending automation separately
Moving assets does not automatically migrate limit orders, stop conditions, recurring actions, or bot settings. Determine whether those instructions remain active, can be canceled, or depend on the old service. Avoid creating duplicate automation on a replacement before understanding the existing state.
Keep records of addresses and transaction signatures so you can reconcile the move later. This guide does not infer tax treatment from the fact that two addresses belong to you.
Choose a replacement after access is understood
